Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues from Level 1 resources.
• Identify and resolve workstation, server, network, and application problems.
• Manage and support client network infrastructure.
• Document work and resolutions in ConnectWise.
• Assist Level 1 team with escalations and guidance.
• Perform routine health assessments and contribute to improvements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on client-related work.
