Job summary

JMARK Business Solutions is seeking a System Administrator I to join our team as a dedicated onsite IT resource for a banking client. You will be a JMARK employee while working primarily onsite at the client’s location, serving as a trusted technology partner to their employees and working closely with the broader JMARK technical team.

This role focuses on building relationships with end users, troubleshooting a variety of issues, and owning the IT experience in a professional banking

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows operating systems and end-user support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Basic VPN configuration and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with routing/switching devices and networking basics.
• Understanding of endpoint security technologies and IT documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Identify, document, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, printers, and end-user technologies.
• Troubleshoot basic server, network devices, and wireless connectivity issues.
• Support Windows Server environments, including domain/workgroup setups.
• Document service activities and resolutions in ConnectWise and other systems.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 and collaborate with JMARK teams.
• Communicate clearly with users and maintain strong client relationships.
