The role requires hands-on experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and modern IT tooling. On-site position with regular project work and after-hours involvement as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of systems administrator experience.
• Security conscious with drive to improve security posture.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform software installs on server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot using log and traffic data; prioritize issues.
• Maintain documentation of network, data flows, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure systems are available, resilient, and secure.
• Manage backups for rapid recovery and disaster readiness.
• Support growth projects and system reliability initiatives.
