Job summary

First Neighbor Bank seeks a PC Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support across the organization, ensuring desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices operate securely and efficiently. You'll assist with onboarding and deployment, support Microsoft 365 apps, and help manage device enrollment with Intune and Autopilot.

You'll work from our Toledo, IL location with periodic travel to other bank sites. A valid driver's license is required to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of desktop support or help desk experience preferred.
• Banking or regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, docking stations, phones, mobile devices, and other end-user technology.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system, hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, replace, and maintain computers and related equipment.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation preparation and account/access-related tasks.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot device enrollment and deployment.
• Assist with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory user and device administration.
• Support multi-factor authentication, password resets, account lockouts, and basic identity/access issues.
• Maintain accurate records of computers, peripherals, software, and other technology assets.
• Document incidents and service requests within the Bank's IT ticketing system and ensure tickets are properly updated, escalated, and resolved.
• Work with third-party technology providers when escalation or vendor support is required.
• Assist with workstation refreshes, hardware upgrades, software deployments, branch projects, and other IT initiatives.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting involving connectivity, cabling, switches, wireless connectivity, and IP configuration.
• Follow established cybersecurity, information security, change management, and technology policies.
• Create and maintain basic technical documentation and end-user instructions.
• Provide professional, courteous, and responsive support to employees at all levels of the organization.
• Perform other technology-related duties and projects as assigned.
