Job summary

Radiant-Digital is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Jackson, MS to provide on-site and remote end-user support for the MDAH network. You will repair devices, install OS and apps, and handle onboarding/offboarding tasks while maintaining inventory and logging issues.

The role requires 1–4 years IT support with strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure/AD and basic networking; CompTIA credentials are a plus. On-site work with potential for in-person interviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or IT-related training required.
• 1–4 years in IT support or service desk.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure/AD and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support for the MDAH network.
• Repair desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and office apps.
• Respond to help desk requests via phone, chat or in person.
• Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing systems.
• Set up new workstations and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior admins.
