Job summary

Qualifications
- 1–4 years of IT Support/Desktop Support experience.
- Windows 10/11 experience.
- Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.
- Desktop, laptop, and printer troubleshooting.
- Basic Active Directory/Azure AD knowledge.
- Basic networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices.
- Install and configure Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Support Active Directory/Azure AD user accounts and permissions.
- Respond to help desk requests by phone, chat, and in person.
- Log and resolve issues using ticketing systems.
- Set up equipment and accounts for new employees.
- Maintain IT hardware and software inventory.
- Escalate complex issues to senior system/network administrators.
