AC Pro is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will handle first-line support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with Active Directory and Office 365 services across branch locations.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with on-site support and occasional travel to branches as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as an IT Support Specialist.
• A+ Certification and Network+ Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Escalate tickets to appropriate teams and vendors.
• Install and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
• Maintain Office 365 mail flow rules and services.
