Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking an onsite Desktop Support specialist to assist corporate users across local and remote offices. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and upgrading desktop and network equipment to ensure reliable connectivity.

Responsibilities include configuring user accounts, managing tickets, performing backups, and documenting procedures for consistency. Onsite and remote user support are required to maintain smooth IT operations.

Formación

• 1–2 years of desktop support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows desktop environments and peripherals.
• Ability to support users onsite and remotely.
• Experience managing tickets and following backup and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support desktops and networks: diagnose issues, perform repairs, and handle installations/upgrades


• Configure user accounts and set up/verify network connectivity


• Manage support tickets and resolve user incidents and service requests


• Perform and manage backups as part of support and recovery workflows


• Assist users with software, hardware, and peripherals


• Document support procedures and technical steps to improve consistency

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of desktop support experience


• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows desktop environments and common peripherals


• Ability to support users both onsite and remotely


• Experience managing tickets and following backup and documentation processes
