Job summary

Jackson Dawson is seeking a Desktop Support Technician II to join the IT team in Dearborn. This senior IC role handles imaging, provisioning, and end-to-end device lifecycle, serving as the go-to tech at client events and in offices. You will mentor Level I, manage complex tickets, and ensure production-ready hardware for activations.

The role emphasizes autonomy, advanced Windows/macOS support, and Microsoft 365 expertise, with a focus on imaging, MDM (Intune/ABM), and onsite event readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on desktop support experience in a business setting.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and macOS; able to troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience imaging and provisioning for Windows and macOS devices.
• MDM experience with Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Strong written communication and ability to document solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex Level I issues and drive to resolution.
• Own imaging, provisioning, and lifecycle for Windows and Mac devices.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 apps, including Teams and SharePoint.
• Manage device enrollment and policies in Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Lead show-site tech at client events and coordinate with vendors as needed.
