Job summary

ENTRUST PEOPLE LIMITED in Bracknell is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a busy onsite IT team on a full-time basis. You will provide hands-on support to users across Windows and Mac devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with onboarding new starters for our growing office.

We require prior IT support or helpdesk experience, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and good customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous IT Support, Desktop Support or Helpdesk experience.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
• Some Mac/iOS knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to users across Windows and Mac devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Assist with onboarding new starters for IT access and equipment.
• Onsite support for staff at Bracknell with occasional travel to nearby sites.
