Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an IT Support technician for a contract opportunity onsite in Indianapolis, IN to support Dell and HP laptops and workstations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage ServiceNow tickets, and follow ITIL-based processes to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires hands-on Windows desktop support experience, familiarity with ITSM and ITIL, and strong problem-solving skills. CompTIA A+ is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with Dell & HP devices.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ServiceNow and ITIL.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Dell & HP laptops/workstations.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and ServiceNow tickets.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service while following ITIL processes.
