Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an IT Support technician for a contract opportunity onsite in Indianapolis, IN to support Dell and HP laptops and workstations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage ServiceNow tickets, and follow ITIL-based processes to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires hands-on Windows desktop support experience, familiarity with ITSM and ITIL, and strong problem-solving skills. CompTIA A+ is a plus.

Qualifications

Rate Range: $25/hour to $30/hour (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
