Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients in Indianapolis. The role involves troubleshooting Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, installing hardware and software, and assisting with device setup and replacements on demand.

This contract-based, on-site position requires strong communication, independence, and adherence to client IT policies. Immediate start with assignments coordinated by the Service Delivery Team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site desktop support.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and enterprise software.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at client locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
