Job summary

AXA Professionals in Duluth, GA seeks an IT Desktop Support specialist to provide Windows, software and hardware support onsite within a corporate environment.

You will perform device imaging and migrations using SCCM and other deployment tools, configure mobile and AV equipment, manage IT assets, and assist with conference rooms and remote access initiatives. A valid driver's license and 1 year onsite experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year onsite or 2-3 years of ICT experience.
• Experience with Office 365 suite.
• Experience with Active Directory and SCCM.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows, software and hardware support onsite.
• Perform device imaging and migration using SCCM.
• Deploy IT machines to end users.
• Configure and deploy mobile devices and AV equipment.
• Inventory management of IT assets and auditing.
• Troubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivity.
• FollowKB articles and Best Practices.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain documentation and lifecycle projects.
• Support conference room and remote-access initiatives.
• Assist with office moves and workstation relocations.
• Other duties as assigned.
