TEKsystems is seeking an onsite IT Support professional to provide high-volume technical support at the Baltimore Innovation Hub. You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, manage Microsoft 365 applications, and handle Active Directory accounts for both local and remote staff.

The role requires strong customer service and clear technical communication. This is a fully onsite contract position in Baltimore, MD with a pay range of $20.00–$26.00 per hour.

• Experience providing in-person IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide high-volume, in-person technical support to employees through an onsite Innovation Hub.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Perform Active Directory account support and basic user administration.
• Set up and configure new users, including desktops, email accounts, LDAP accounts, and VPN access.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and remote-access issues.
• Support both local and remote employees with desktop, account, application, and access issues.
• Assist with hardware and software lifecycle management, including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation.
• Diagnose software issues and provide effective resolutions or elevate when appropriate.
• Deliver professional, responsive customer service while clearly communicating technical information to end users.
