Job summary

INITIAL.IT in Denver, CO is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our on-site client support team. You will visit customers, manage environments, and build strong business relationships across the Denver Metro area.

This role requires 5+ years IT experience, a technical certification or IT degree, and the ability to work onsite with a valid driver's license. You will troubleshoot, document procedures, and ensure reliable, secure systems for our extensive client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT supporting on-site environments.
• Industry certification or IT degree required.
• Legal to work in the United States and able to drive.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a set number of on-site clients with a regular schedule.
• Provide desktop support in person and over the phone.
• Document procedures and end-user guides.
• Collaborate with IT team to deliver high-quality support to 1600 endpoints.
• Execute data backup and restoration procedures.
