The role installs and configures computer hardware and provides frontline IT support for multiple departments, with a focus on effective problem-solving and user-friendly service.

The position is onsite five days a week at the Durham distribution center with occasional trips to the Carrboro office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
• Must be able to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Strong communication with employees across skill levels.
• Ability to travel to stores up to 25%.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
