Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an IT Technical Support Technician for a 12 month contract in Portsmouth, NH. The role is 100% onsite and reports to the Manager, IT Service Delivery and Customer Experience.

You will support end users, assist third party vendors, and contribute to IT projects. The technician will escalate issues, document resolutions, and help maintain IT infrastructure and applications across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user technical support and resolving incidents.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Knowledge of AD DS and group policy management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to internal and external customers.
• Install and configure user PCs including hardware/software setup.
• Support Microsoft 365 products such as Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, Auto Pilot, SharePoint.
• Active Directory support including user accounts and GPO management.
• Network troubleshooting for wired and wireless.
• Support end‑user devices for back office and frontline users.
