Job summary

Easterseals NH seeks a Senior IT Support Technician to maintain Agency technology, diagnose system problems, and provide escalated support for computers, printers, and peripherals. This onsite role is based in our Manchester, NH office.

The position offers full-time hours (8am–5pm, Monday to Friday) with a starting wage of $26.11 per hour and additional compensation based on experience and education. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability, PTO, holidays, and retirement

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 7 years IT support/help desk with supervisory experience.
• 2+ years mobile device management experience.
• Strong PC and enterprise apps knowledge (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; purchase processing/tracking.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing support technicians.
• Manage and report on key IT metrics.
• Support IT leadership on strategic projects and alignment with support, infrastructure, and business applications.
• Handle user account requests and separations per IT and security policies.
• Manage Azure Active Directory including password resets, MFA, and device management.
• Support web filtering issues; research, test and monitor solutions.
• Assist procurement procedures and vendor relationships.
• Support terminated staff processes and Legal Hold procedures.
• Cultivate partnerships with area vendors as needed.
• Verify procedure documentation and distribute workload fairly.
• Assist other IS&T staff with network configuration and support.
• Provide AV support with Zoom Rooms and MS Teams.
