Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or systems specialist role.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Experience configuring and deploying end-user technology.
• Experience with an enterprise helpdesk solution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support requests within the Portsmouth office and enterprise helpdesk system.
• Provide support for hardware, software, printers, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 systems.
• Provide patient, hands-on technical support to employees across a range of skill levels.
• Monitor, prioritize, document, and resolve helpdesk tickets.
• Escalate complex or security-related issues to the appropriate IT team member.
