Job summary

taproduce seeks an IT Helpdesk Technician to join the IT Operations Team in Salinas, CA. You will provide hands-on support for Windows/M365, address end-user issues, and help maintain documentation. The role requires good customer service and the ability to lift devices up to 30 lbs.

This on-site role includes occasional travel to remote sites, and on-call support on rotation. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid troubleshooting in Windows/M365 environment.
• Experience supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, printers, mobility).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and documenting resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with configuring, deploying, and upgrading hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot user account issues and password resets; manage File Rights Requests.
