Job summary

GovCIO is hiring an IT Service Technician to provide onsite support for a federal client in Seattle, WA. You will handle hardware/software troubleshooting, operate networks/servers, and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues. Occasional travel and certification training are required and reimbursed.

Access to VPN/Citrix and SCCM will be used daily. The role requires US citizenship, a high school diploma, and readiness to obtain a Public Trust Clearance within six months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support and resolve problems for customers and staff.
• Coordinate and perform operation/maintenance for networks/servers.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software; perform routine system maintenance.
