Boston Consulting Group in Seattle seeks an IT Service Specialist to deliver high-touch technology support to consulting teams and staff. This full-time, in-office role requires on-site presence five days a week to ensure timely, effective IT services and strong relationships across the office.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, experience with Windows/macOS, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, VPNs, MFA, and Intune/Azure, plus a customer-focused mindset and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in IT support, service desk, or similar role.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, Microsoft 365, VPNs, MFA, Intune/Azure and network connectivity.
• Ability to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and escalate when needed.
• Familiar with automation tools and AI-enabled technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class IT support to case teams and staff with emphasis on user experience.
• Support laptops, mobile devices, video conferencing, printers, and office infrastructure.
• Configure, image, deploy, and maintain end-user devices per BCG standards.
• Troubleshoot across Windows/macOS, Android/iOS, VPNs, and Microsoft 365 environments.
