Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to Flynn offices.
• Collaborate with Help Desk team for ticket management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

Skills

Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware

Proficiency supporting Windows operating systems

Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps

Understanding of ITIL best practices

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Education

Degree or diploma in Computer Systems or equivalent
