Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2-4 years in IT help desk or desktop support.
• 2+ years managing Microsoft online environments.
• Experience with MDM and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain corporate computers, applications, systems, networks, and cloud resources.
• Install, configure, test hardware and software components.
• Manage user accounts and access rights.
• Ensure secure data storage and backups.
• Provide IT support to users in person, by phone, and remotely.
• Travel to Charter Research sites in The Villages and Orlando 2-3 times per week.
