Job summary

Intelligent Audit is seeking an IT Support Tech in Rochelle Park, NJ to join our IT & InfoSec team. You will handle Tier 1 help desk tickets, provide onsite and remote support, and maintain office IT operations.

You will troubleshoot Windows/macOS issues, assist with login/MFA/VPN, and document steps in the ticketing system. Onboarding/offboarding and equipment management are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT support/help desk experience.
• Degree not required, but a plus.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar certifications are nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 (and limited Tier 2) help desk tickets.
• Provide in-person IT support for office staff and remote support for off-site staff.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and common Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/Zoom).
• Assist users with login, password, MFA, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system, following SLA requirements.
• Onboard and offboard employees: configure devices, accounts, and access.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory and coordinate vendor support and repairs.
