Job summary

Inspiroz1 is seeking a hands-on IT support specialist to provide on-site and remote-assisted technical help. You will handle tickets, repair printers and Chromebooks, and manage inventory, ensuring prompt resolution for clients in Asbury Park and surrounding areas.

This role requires coordinating with a remote IT desk, documenting findings, and communicating clearly with customers to maintain high satisfaction. On-site presence is required two days a week; transport is your responsibility.
