Job summary

Intelligent Audit in Rochelle Park, NJ seeks an IT Support Tech to be the first line of contact for end-user technical support and to keep office IT operations running smoothly. You will handle Level 1 help desk tasks, device provisioning, and on-site support in the Clifton Data Center as needed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365 apps, login and VPN issues, and onboarding/offboarding of employees while maintaining asset inventory and coordinating with IT

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT help desk or support experience.
• Degree not required; related IT studies welcome.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 help desk tickets.
• Provide in-person and remote support for office and offsite employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS issues and MS 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/Zoom).
• Assist with login, password, MFA, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
• Onboard/offboard employees; configure and deactivate accounts; manage devices.
