Job summary

Metro Vein Centers in Texas is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our IT team onsite at a clinic. You will be the primary IT contact for clinical staff, handling day-to-day troubleshooting, device deployments, onboarding and offboarding workflows, and ensuring clinic technology runs without interruption.

This role supports multiple clinics as we grow, requiring solid Windows/macOS skills, Google Workspace, and basic networking.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support experience.
• Experience in multi-location or clinical environments preferred.
• Proficient in Windows and/or macOS.
• Familiar with Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of networking: LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS.
• Experience with device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support to staff in Texas and nearby locations.
• Serve as onsite point of contact for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure, image, and deploy workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, device provisioning, and day-1 IT orientation.
• Manage support tickets, maintaining SLA compliance and documentation standards.
• Assist with MDM enrollment, patch management, and compliance.
• Assist with setup and future support for new clinic openings.
• Conduct user training on IT tools, security awareness, and self-service portal usage.
• Coordinate with the network and security teams on escalated issues and IT projects.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements and internal data security policies.
• Other related IT support duties as assigned.
