Metro Vein Centers is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team onsite at a Texas clinic. You will be the primary IT resource for clinical staff, handling day-to-day troubleshooting and device deployments.

This role supports onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing IT projects across multiple clinics, with emphasis on HIPAA compliance, secure access, and reliable technology to keep patient care uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support experience.
• Experience in multi-location or clinical environments preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS; basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support to staff at Texas clinics and nearby locations.
• Configure and image workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Handle support tickets, SLA compliance, and documentation.
• Assist with MDM enrollment, patching, and security awareness.
• Coordinate with network and security teams on escalated issues.
