Job summary

Metro Vein Centers is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team, based onsite at a Texas clinic. This role provides dedicated in-person IT support to clinical staff, helps with device deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and keeps clinic technology running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage tickets with SLA adherence, assist with MDM enrollment and security, and contribute to IT projects across multiple locations while complying with HIPAA and data security

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support experience.
• Experience supporting users in a multi-location or clinical environment is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of networking: LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS.
• Experience with device management and onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support to staff at the Texas clinic and nearby locations.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure, image, and deploy workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, including device provisioning and day-1 IT orientation.
• Maintain SLA-compliant support tickets and documentation.
• Assist with MDM enrollment, patch management, and security monitoring.
• Coordinate with network and security teams on escalated issues.
