Job summary

Diamond C Trailers in Mount Pleasant, TX is seeking an on-site Support Tech to be the first point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You will manage support tickets, assist with software installs and system updates, and help onboard/offboard employees while contributing to knowledge base improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in providing technical support across hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication for users with varying technical knowledge.
Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for end-users; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Log incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system and prioritize/escalate as needed.
Assist with software installation, hardware setup, and system updates on user devices.
Provide onboarding/offboarding IT support and user training/documentation creation.
Maintain IT equipment inventory and support remote users via remote access tools.
Help maintain and improve support processes and knowledge base materials.
