Job summary

In-Telecom in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a Dedicated IT Technician to provide hands-on end-user support, manage onsite IT infrastructure, and coordinate with remote teams to ensure Service Desk standards are met.

This fully onsite, five-day-per-week role requires you to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, manage tickets in ConnectWise, and guide users while upholding security and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Professional IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Microsoft certifications are expected.
• Minimum of 4 years IT support experience or MSP background preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, and endpoint management.
• Experience working in a managed services environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate with remote escalation personnel for complex issues.
• Document resolutions, time spent, and follow-ups in ConnectWise.
• Maintain and monitor onsite IT infrastructure and assets.
• Provide desk-side support and onboarding/offboarding assistance.
