Job summary

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Communicate complex issues in non-technical language and provide progress updates.
• Install, configure, and set up computer systems, servers, and software at sites.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance for desktops, laptops, servers, and networking gear.
• Diagnose and resolve OS issues, driver conflicts, and software glitches across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, routers, switches, cabling, and wireless networks.
• Support account management, password resets, and access control.
• Implement data backup solutions and assist data recovery.
• Maintain service documentation and inventory in the field.
• Ensure security compliance with policies and best practices.
