Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support, help desk, or technical support environments.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Desktop Support: provide Level 1 technical support for end users and troubleshoot Windows, printers, and peripherals.
• Hardware Management: inventory, configure, and deploy computer equipment; maintain asset records.
• User Onboarding Support: prepare and deploy equipment for new employees; configure workstations and accounts.
• Network & Infrastructure Support: assist with basic network troubleshooting and conference room tech.
• Project & Team Support: assist IT projects, maintain documentation, and propose process improvements.
