CompucomStaffing seeks a Level 3 Technician to join the team onsite in Rio Rancho, NM, providing end-user support and handling IT assets throughout the equipment lifecycle.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to lift 35 lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include OS installation and data migration on client laptops, ticket management, and asset disposition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Walk/sit/stand/crawl/kneel for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support onsite at client site in Rio Rancho, NM.
• Pick up surplus equipment and prepare for redeployment or disposal.
• Process assets and test used systems for redeployment.
• Update and close tickets in the client’s ticketing system (ServiceNow).
• Load balance equipment across client and non-client sites.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset disposition processes.
