A staffing solutions provider is seeking a qualified Level 2 Technician in Rio Rancho, NM to provide end-user support and manage equipment re-dispositioning. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of technical experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, managing inventory, and ensuring proper equipment handling. A valid driver's license is required to drive the company van.
