Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field.
• Two years of IT work experience, including software/hardware experience.
• CJIS Level 4 certification required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have a WA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows PCs, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software; repair as needed.
• Manage device inventory, billing and disposal of old hardware.
• Assist with design and implementation of Audio Visual projects.
• Perform Active Directory maintenance and classify devices into correct groups.
• Escalate complex issues and work with other IT staff to resolve them.
