Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a Deskside Technician II to support on-site users, image deployments, and hardware/software issues.

Responsibilities

• Loading computer images with SCCM and PowerShell scripts
• Troubleshooting network connectivity to ensure PCs are online during the build process
• Providing hardware/software support services to onsite clients, including break/fix
• Diagnosing end-user system failures and implementing repair solutions
• Troubleshooting network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
• Explaining refresh processes to end-users and helping configure and sync refreshed computers
• Demonstrating flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes
• Remaining calm if activities do not go as planned
• Documenting work, tracking tasks/installs, and performing QA activities
