NexusTek is seeking an on-site Field Services Technician in Riverside, CA to support hotel clients with IT infrastructure, Azure and Office 365, VMware, and Cisco networks. This full-time role requires strong customer service and hands-on problem solving at client sites.

The position emphasizes PCI compliance, active directory, and server/hardware administration, with rewards including a comprehensive benefits package and career growth. Onsite work and a regular Weds-Sun schedule apply.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of computers, servers, and networks.
• Strong understanding of customer service in IT environments.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate regularly with clients and their teams to understand their technology needs and concerns.
• Analyze information, identify current and potential problems, and propose solutions.
• Ensure that computer and network operations are monitored, backup/recovery functions are performed on a scheduled basis, and administration functions for hardware, operating and application systems are maintained and completed on a consistent basis.
• Effectively act as liaison between hotel customers and our teams.
• Implement the daily operation, support, integrity, and security of the technology and data (including PCI compliance) that support and enable business operations for our clients.
• Support Active Directory (creating and modifying GPO’s and scripts), email systems (Office 365), virtualization, monitoring and remote management software.
• Identify and correct all LAN and WAN issues.
• Communicate effectively and you have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our entire hotel portfolio.
