Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Computer Repair Technician to provide onsite hardware and networking support. You will perform installs, moves, adds, and changes and offer technical assistance for computer systems and hardware.

You’ll also handle follow-up services and problem escalation to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, A+, Cisco, and HP certifications are highly desired, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A+, Cisco, and HP certifications highly desired.
• 1 year in field service support role preferred.
• Must be able to travel as required.
• Regular reliable attendance and the ability to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Install, move, add, and change equipment and test units for quality.
• Communicate repair steps, parts ordered, and time estimates to customers.
• Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems and hardware.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and maintain daily system performance.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Prioritize and review work orders to schedule daily tasks.
