Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Computer Repair Technician to provide onsite hardware and networking support. You will perform installs, moves, adds and changes, and deliver technical assistance for computer systems and gear.

You’ll communicate clearly with customers, test and inspect units, and handle follow-up services and escalation as needed. Traveling to customer sites is required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to travel, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year in field service support role with hardware and networking.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work varying shifts to meet customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes, plus testing and inspection.
• Communicate repair steps, parts ordered, and time estimates to customers.
• Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems and hardware.
• Manage daily work orders and inventory; assist with escalation as needed.
