NexusTek is seeking an on-site Field Services Technician in Riverside, CA to support client IT environments with Windows, VMware, and network infrastructure. You will work directly with hotel staff to resolve issues, implement PCI-compliant processes, and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows Server 2012–2019 and Windows 10.
• Experience with VMware virtualization and Cisco networks.
• Familiar with PCI compliance in hospitality tech.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
• Monitor operations, backups, and administration of hardware and software.
