Job summary

Pittsburgh Winsupply - Fire Sprinklers & Fabrication is seeking a hands-on Help Desk Technician to support end users, systems, and network infrastructure in a fast-moving environment. You will troubleshoot issues, support routers and switches, and own problems from report through resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in network support, MSP, or NOC.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues.
• Own tickets through resolution and communicate with internal customers.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and cabling.
• Diagnose Layer 1–3 networking issues.
• Support systems administration and infrastructure deployments.
• Document changes, steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues while ensuring follow-through.
• Occasionally work Saturday mornings.
