Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or desktop/hotline experience.
• Hands-on support directly to end users.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and OS.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for clinic and office staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and workstation issues.
• Support nurses, physicians, and admin teams with tech needs.
• Resolve tickets and document solutions clearly.
• Install, configure, and replace end-user devices/equipment.
• Travel between local facilities to provide support as needed.
