Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a Site Support Technician to join our IT team, supporting multiple healthcare locations around Peoria, AZ. This onsite role involves hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software in real time for end users.

You will support clinicians and administrative staff, resolve tickets, install and configure devices, and travel between sites as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support/desktop support or help desk experience.
• Hands-on support directly to end users.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for clinic and office staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and workstation issues.
• Support nurses, physicians, and administrative teams with day-to-day technology needs.
• Resolve support tickets and document solutions appropriately.
• Install, configure, and replace end-user devices and equipment.
• Travel between local facilities to provide technical support when needed.
• Support user onboarding, equipment setup, and general desktop support activities.
