Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in desktop, application, and end-user support.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end-users, assisting with setup and troubleshooting.
- Perform workstation maintenance and use RMM Toolkit for monitoring.
- Maintain Active Directory User Accounts and Exchange Mailboxes.
- First-level support for multiple platforms and services.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
