Qualifications

• Knowledge of Azure AD, Group Policy, and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user hardware, software, and peripheral support.
• Respond to requests and problems; install, monitor, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware/software.
• Support remote users via Bomgar/BeyondTrust and MS Teams.
• Prepare IT readiness for office relocations and new setups.
• Maintain and secure office IT infrastructure and networking elements.
