Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant IT support or technical experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and device configuration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling equipment and inventory.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage assigned tasks, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous call center, help desk, or phone-based technical support experience is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Image and configure laptops and tablets for deployment, ensuring devices are prepared for end-user use.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, tracking, and managing IT equipment and inventory.
• Maintain an organized IT storage area and assist with equipment cleanup and general inventory organization.
• Follow direction from the IT Support Supervisor to complete daily assignments and operational tasks.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support to end users, demonstrating strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Document incoming support requests accurately and route issues to the appropriate IT support teams.
• Recognize issues requiring additional assistance and elevate them to the appropriate technical teams.
• Support general IT operations and perform miscellaneous technical and administrative tasks as needed.
