Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Two years of PC and printer support experience.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Strong end-user communication, customer focus, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Windows 7/8 client environments.
• Experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Symantec Antivirus and Attachmate Extra Program.
• Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Experience supporting iOS devices (iPhone/iPad).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive maintenance schemes for IT equipment including PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
• Relocate and install PCs, printers, and peripherals, including standard software, across sites.
• Install and configure essential end-user software such as MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Uphold security and safety regulations, focusing on virus protection and pre-install checks.
• Install LAN client software and hardware to maintain connectivity.
• Update hardware and software asset data upon installation or relocation of PC equipment.
